AI Bithia uses technology originally based on MagicAI – OpenAI Content, Text, Image, Video, Chat, Voice, and Code Generator. Third-party services may have their own terms and conditions, which you must comply with.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AI Bithia is provided “as-is” without warranties.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our services.

  • Users are responsible for verifying and using AI-generated content appropriately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Bithia, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
